The girls love the beach!  Chloe Jane repeatedly asks why we don’t live closer to the beach.  We try to get to the beach each summer because they love it so much.  They love the waves; they love the shells; they love the sand.  This year we went to Sawgrass, Florida where the girls and Tommy (and Mom and Dad) enjoyed Ponte Vedra Beach.  Although there was a nice pool available, the girls never saw it because each day they told us they would rather go to the beach.  I only brought my camera to the beach once and brought Ruth’s camera one other time so all the photos you see are from just two days at the beach.  On one of those days, my parents came to join us.  With the canopy, we were able to have our own shady spot on the sand and spend as much time as we wanted.  I could try to tell you how much fun the girls had running in the waves and playing in the sand, but one look at this slideshow and you will see for yourself:
