Chloe Jane wanted a “Frozen” birthday party at our house. She decided on all the games and crafts she wanted to do at her party as well. Also, she did not want a store-bought cake. She wanted her Mom to make one for her. So Ruth designed and baked her own original “Frozen” themed cake.
